Rethinking Remote Access - G/On 3.4 from Giritech
Giritech is pleased to announce the release of G/On Version 3.4, a new, significantly enhanced G/On solution, that will bring added value to you and to your organisation. We have improved G/On in many areas and added functionality and features that have been requested by our customers around the world.
The added functionality makes G/On more effective and more useful for end users and IT administrators by enabling new levels of connectivity and adding new supporting features to ease installation and management of a Remote Access Solution.
The new connectivity features allows access from networks with controlled, limited Internet access via HTTP proxy gateways. And G/On 3.4 offera a new improved Remote Desktop solution with more flexibility and enhanced User Experience and full support for Windows Vista SP1 and Windows XP SP3.
New administration features include a highly optimized Active Directory tool that dramatically improves the operational performance of especially larger G/On installations. On top, we've added a range of options to help provision and manage clients and to allow seamless installation and operation of G/On on virtual servers without the need for a G/On USB Server Token if desired
Logging capabilities have been improved to track individual users and sessions for advanced compliance and reporting needs.
