Henrik Albertsen, Chairman
Henrik is the Managing General Partner at Nordic Venture Partners. He has wide experience in the IT industry gained in management positions with software companies and most recently with a venture capital company. He started to build up his experience in 1987 and has held positions with 2M Invest (Investment Partner), Damgaard Group (Sales Manager/Business Developer/International Project Sales/IT Project Manager), been a self-employed IT consultant developing software solutions for measurement devices and worked for Simcorp (Project Manager/Developer, Software Projects).
Henrik has an M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark and an E*MBA from SiMi.

Martin von Haller Grønbæk
Martin is a partner of Bender von Haller Dragsted law firm and widely acknowledged as one of the most influential people within the Danish IT-industry.
Martin advises clients on legal issues related to emerging IT such as open source, Wi-FI, RFID, web services. He is the co-author of a Danish textbook on Internet law (now in second edition).
He serves on the Board of numerous IT companies, industries organizations and governmental committees, including DK-Hostmaster, Danish Open Source Vendors Association and Internet Society Denmark.

Torben Haase
Torben has more than 25 years of international management experience.
Torben previously worked for SAP where he was EVP for Nordics, UK and Africa as well as leading SAP’s Software Sales to Large Enterprise customers in EMEA. Prior to that, Torben was a General Manager and has lead sales, channels and marketing teams across Europe in the IT growth companies IBM, Oracle Corporation and Cisco Systems.
Torben holds a bachelors degree in business from Copenhagen Business School and his curriculum includes a number of executive education classes from INSEAD and IMD.
Torben is in the board of Dynamo Studio A/S, ITB (Danish IT Industry Association), Zyb A/S and Interse A/S.

Per B. Larsen
Per is a seasoned executive with an impressive track record in the IT industry. He joined IBM Denmark in1975 and after a very successful career with IBM Denmark and the Nordic region moved to IBM Europe headquarters in Paris in1994. Soon thereafter Per moved to IBM’s world headquarters in New York where he was the worldwide Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for IBM’s ThinkPad business. In this role Per was instrumental in building the business to a leadership position as well as trendsetter for the entire industry.
In 1998 Per left IBM to become CEO of Olicom America. With Olicom he had a major role in transforming the company from a networking equipment supplier to a VC.
In 2000 IBM asked Per to return to the company as Vice President Marketing and Strategy for the company’s UNIX business. He was a key member of the management team which drove IBM from a distant 3rd place in the UNIX marketplace to become the undisputed leader which it has been ever since. Until his retirement from IBM in 2008 he was involved in numerous business strategy projects within IBM.
Since his retirement Per has worked with several companies on strategy development. He lives in Plano Texas.

Jens Tiedemann
Jens joined IBM in 1986 in Denmark and held several positions there in both software development, marketing and management. He moved with IBM to California in 1994, when he became manager of International Support for Software and Data Storage. Jens returned to Europe in 1996, and held several top EMEA level positions in Paris, including Sales Director for IBM's Data Storage business in Europe.
In 1998, he was invited back to the US, this time to head IBM’s Technology and Storage Group Distribution Channels based in New York. In 2001 he became Vice President of Marketing and later the World Wide General Manager of all Data Storage Software. Jens returned to Denmark in 2005 to join Giritech as its Chief Operating Officer. In 2007, he became member of The Board of Directors of Giritech. He also served on the Board of Directors for GateHouse A/S
Jens has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark.
