René Stockner, CEO
René has an impressive track record in the IT industry. After a successful career with IBM, René built Navision’s business in the US (now Microsoft Dynamics).
He then returned to Denmark as VP Sales including the responsibility for Navision’s worldwide operations and was part of the executive team that took the company public on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange in 1999. Following the successful merger with Damgaard Data, René played a major role in subsequent acquisition of Navision by Microsoft.
He was global manager for Microsoft Business Solutions Navision when he decided to accept the job as CEO at Giritech. René has a Ph.D in Database Applications and Systems Science, as well as an M.Sc in Engineering.
René holds a seat on the Board of Directors of NNIT and on the supervisory board of United Lane.

Jens Tiedemann, COO
Jens joined IBM in 1986 in Denmark and held several positions there in both software development, marketing and management. He moved with IBM to California in 1994, when he became manager of International Support for Software and Data Storage. Jens returned to Europe in 1996, and held several top EMEA level positions in Paris, including Sales Director for IBM's Data Storage business in Europe.
In 1998, he was invited back to the US, this time to head IBM’s Technology and Storage Group Distribution Channels based in New York. In 2001 he became Vice President of Marketing and later the World Wide General Manager of all Data Storage Software. Jens returned to Denmark in 2005 to join Giritech as its Chief Operating Officer. In 2007, he became member of The Board of Directors of Giritech.
Jens has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark.

Bo Stig Hansen, Director of Development
As the Director of Development at Giritech, Bo Stig Hansen plays a central role in managing the growth and quality of the technology emerging from Giritech. Bo Stig Hansen previously was manager for technology and architecture development at Maconomy and has an extensive academic career in computer science.
From 1986 to 1999 he held assistent and associate professorships at the Technical University of Denmark.
Bo has an M.Sc, and a Ph.D in Computer Science.
