You can monitor every interaction between Giritech support engineer and your server/PC. You can interact with the support session at any time and you can disconnect at any point in time during the session. GiritechHelpMe is based on G/On. How to use the GiritechHelpMe tool: 1) Download and save GiritechHelpMe.exe file to your PC Desktop; 2) Run the GiritechHelpMe.exe; 3) Wait for G/On login screen to appear 4) Enter ‘help’ as username and ‘helpme’ as a password; 5) Notify Giritech Support about support request by emailing to support@giritech.com or by calling to Giritech Support at +45 70 277 282; 6) Wait for the Giritech support engineer to establish the connection.
